If we accept your case, we would not charge you any legal fee unless we recover from the other party.  In practically all cases, we will not charge you for making the property damage claim in conjunction with a bodily injury case.

A case which involves death or serious injuries, may be accepted as a plaintiff's case even though the police report states that the accident was your fault.

Defense (Other Party Sues You): Generally, Hourly Basis.
If we determine that it is not economically feasible for us to accept your case on a contingency-fee basis (no legal fee unless we recover) and you still would like us to represent you because you do not have any liability insurance or bond covering the accident, we may accept your case on an hourly basis.  In most cases, we would be able to give you an estimate of the legal fee.  One of our attorneys was a partner and a trial attorney of a major insurance defense law firm.

* Note: Although the term "personal injury" is frequently used to refer to injury to a person, it means  injury to a person's reputation.  The correct term for injury to a person, is "bodily injury".
